Nepal and China have been enjoying extremely warm and cordial neighborly relations since time immemorial. The commonly worshiped religion-"Buddhism has tremendously helped these two countries to remain so close to share the common thoughts and deep sense of cooperation. Manifestation of the common stand in various international issues has further cemented the already existing good bond of friendship between these two countries. Now in the changed global context, it is only the economic activities, which can further narrow down the differences and bring two countries further closer. In order to address this objective and achieve the goal, the need was felt for an organization, which could act as a bridge between the business communities of the two countries. Thus, Nepal China Executives Council was given the birth to abridge the gulf existing between the business communities of two friendly countries.
Professionals, working in the various governmental, non-governmental and private organizations, have thus established Nepal China Executives Council to promote trade, investment, Joint ventures and tourism between Nepal and China. Professional representing various walks of life has been incorporated as the members, which provides the diversified flavor in the formation of this Council. It is a non-profit, non-political, service oriented, professional organization. The Council believes that successful business emanates from collaborative culture. The Council intends to work with other organizations harboring common interest both in Nepal and China to the extent possible to ensure our activities run successfully.
The membership is open to all Nepali nationals who have visited China at least once and are interested in promoting business relations with China adhering the principle enshrined as above. Various institutions that are doing business between Nepal and China can become the institutional members of the Council. The Council encourages members to not only attend activities, but also take an active role for reaping the objectives outlined above.

Provide members and interested companies and professionals valuable information about business, investment opportunities in each other's countries. |

Organize or help in participation in trade fairs and exhibitions in both countries. |

Organize visits to Exhibitions of interest to members in each other's countries. |
|
Provide a forum for interactions between the Private sector and the concerned authorities to discuss the problems faced by the Private sector. |

Promote visits of delegations to acquire first hand knowledge about the opportunities in each other's countries. |

Serve as a medium of open discussion for everyone interested in making contributions towards further strengthening the Business relations between Nepal and China. |

Bring companies and their initiators to share their opinion on different aspects of trade, investment and tourism between the two neighboring countries. |

Provide information to individual members professionals and interested companies about bilateral business and investment opportunities in their respective countries. |
|
Encourage organizing and participating in trade fairs and exhibitions held in Nepal and China. |
|
Organize visits of members to such exhibitions. |
